21 day REVITALISE Program
If you have lost your way a little bit and need a kick up the back side to get sorted this is the program for you.
What’s in this program:
This is an online program sent to you via email and using an app called Trainerize. This app allows communication between us. I outline an exercise program with what to do, when to do it, and also a diet plan with portion guidance and menu ideas. The programs will also be on PDF to download if you are not into apps, but I do recommend using the app to follow the program.
This is designed to be simple to follow. The exercise will take a max of 1 hr to do, most sessions are a lot less, but still designed to work you at the right intensity.
There will be:
A 21 day exercise program via and app and on PDF for download
The exercises are tailored to your level – beginner, intermediate, advanced
A diet plan for 21 days and menu ideas with recipes
The recipes can be tailored to you – if you are gluten free, dairy free for example let me know.
